A Tuolumne family is mourning the loss of a daughter-in-law killed in a propane blast Friday night near the U.S. Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Mono County. The explosion happened around 9 p.m. Friday at the training center’s housing unit in Coleville, northwest of Bridgeport in the Toiyabe National Forest.
