The Colville Confederated Tribes opened their first hotel and casino near Omak, Washington in June 2015. Located on 40 acres of reservation land, just 45 miles south of the Canadian boarder, the casino is open 24 hours a day and offers 56,000 square feet of gaming space with a modern design. Players will find nearly 500 electronic gaming machines and four live dealer table games, including Blackjack, Spanish 21, Four Card Poker, and Roulette.  There are also sports betting kiosks situated throughout the casino. Other property amenities include a four-floor, 68-room and 12-suite hotel featuring an indoor pool and fitness center, which are available to hotel guests, and two full-service restaurants and a grab-and-go sweets shop. Guests can choose everything from coffee and sweets to classic comfort food. 

In addition to OMak and the proposed Pasco tribal casino, the Colville operate two other 12 Tribes casinos, in Lake Chelan and Coulee Dam, in Washington.
