For many, the annual Spring Fest in downtown Antioch is known as the "carnival that brings the rain" because it seems to inevitably rain every year. So far, Mother's Day weekend has been dry. But the fest, located near the corner of Route 83 and Orchard Street, is about more than just fun carnival rides and fried food. Profits support scholarships and are donated to organizations.
