Shangri La Yerevan is part of the sprawling Pharaon complex 2km from the Yerevan, Armenia city border. There are actually two casinos here - Shangri La Yerevan is located on the western end of the property and the VIP X.O. Club is located on the second floor of the Multi Grand Hotel on the north eastern edge - with the magnificent Pharaon leisure and entertainment complex in between them. The entire complex, including both casinos are partially owned by Gagik Tsarukyan, with the casinos being managed by Storm International, who own the Shangri La brand among others.
The casino offers dozens of gaming tables with classical games and hundreds of modern slot-machines. Entrance to the slots area is always free, and entrance to the table gaming area costs about US $100 (≈46000 AMD). Your first visit is free via a stack of lucky chips to make bets with.
There are three bars as well as the Lounge Michelangelo restaurant with continental and Armenian cuisine.
