Doc Holliday Casino is a nice casino located conviently on Main Street. Doc Holiday Update by Steve Hall:

Greetings… I spent some more time at the newly re-opened Doc Holliday casino in Central City one night last week and wanted to relate some additional information about this fine establishment.

I got a “grand tour” of the building, and I don’t know if any of you remember the place as the “Belle” (I think that’s what it was called), but for those who don’t this is an absolutely fabulous old building. The beautiful wood décor, from the walls to the floors to the bars, is everywhere on the three-plus floors. Really impressive. There’s room for a fancy restaurant, a dance floor and stage, lots of floor space for a poker room or lots more machines if the traffic warrants. And every room as beautiful as the next. These folks have a perfect position as business expands in Central City.

Speaking of expansion, there’s immediate plans to expand the first floor to an adjacent space “up” Main street. Watch this forum for news on the opening.

Finally, I had a nice conversation with Terry Houk, Doc’s General Manager. He’s got a very firm grip on the casino business and his experience and skill is reflected in how well his operation is run. Doc Holliday is second to none in customer service and a “fun” atmosphere. They’ve got a perfect mix of machines and tables and the facility is roomy and comfortable.

A visit to Doc Holliday is a must, ladies and gentlemen. And I bet if you go once you’ll end up going back again and again just like I do…
