Owned and operated by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is located just 35 minutes or so from downtown Phoenix in Fort McDowell, Arizona. The new 166,341-sq ft casino opened on October 29, 2020, replacing the Fort McDowell Casino that first opened its doors to the public in 1984 as a bingo hall. The casino features nearly 900 gaming machines, approximately 16 table games and a 750-seat bingo hall. 

The property includes the AAA Four Diamond hotel with 246 smoke-free guest rooms and 24 suites, which is connected to the new casino, each with amazing views of the desert and surrounding mountains and offers guests a contemporary dining and lounge experience, along with other resort amenities include full-service hair and nail salon, indoor and outdoor massage and spa treatments, and gym and outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. The Wassaja Conference Center features 25,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

There is also a new four-story covered parking structure.

Visitors can also brush up on their golf game at 2 championship courses at the beautiful We-Ko-Pa Golf Club located at 9605 N Fort McDowell Rd, with an upscale clubhouse restaurant and patio, award-winning pro shop and extensive practice facilities. This destination dining experience offers high-quality steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The restaurant features an open concept kitchen, a separate piano lounge with live entertainment. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available.

Ahnala

Located in the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort and Conference Center just steps from the casino, Ahnala is a full-service restaurant and coffee bar with indoor and outdoor seating and a menu serving American-style comfort food and Starbucks Coffee. Choose from omelets and eggs made to order to seasonal salads and specialty sandwiches and entrées for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers amazing views of the Four Peaks Mountain from both the dining room and the garden terrace and is the perfect place to get together for dinners with friends or colleagues.

WKP Sports & Entertainment

A sports bar-themed restaurant, WKP Sports & Entertainment has it all. Guests will choose from imaginative pub fare and craft beer, along with a variety of sports, entertainment and gaming activities. Sports fans can enjoy major sports, including boxing, UFC and more on multiple, huge flat-screen TVs. Live entertainment is also part of the experience, with tribute bands, comedy nights, dueling pianos, dancing and more featured. Live gaming in the Blackjack WKP Party Pit is also part of the action. 

The spacious venue also features a function room, complete with private entry and bar and seating for up to 128 guests.

The Buffet

The buffet at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort features an open concept with live cooking stations and a themed daily action station of the day, where Asian fare such as authentic pho, stir fry and sushi is prepared right in front of you. Additionally, themed nights offering crab legs, lobster, surf & turf and more will be offered. The buffet's main menu also includes brick oven pizzas, house-made soups, artisan breads and cheeses, salads and fresh fruit displays. There will also be a gelato bar and a smoothie of the day station and a crepe and waffle station. 

Daubs Bingo Snack Bar

Located in the 760-seat Bingo Hall, the snack bar serves up classic American eats like burgers, fries, milkshakes and more for hungry bingo players. Hours based on bingo session calendar.

Attached to the new High Limit Gaming area, the High Limit Lounge at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is open 7 days a week, and offers a menu of small plates, wines and cocktails, while both VIP Players and resort guests will enjoy the outdoor space.
