Foxwoods is located at Exit 92 off I-95 in Ledyard in Southeastern Connecticut, just 2.5 hours from New York City, less than two hours from Boston and within an hour of Providence and Hartford. The more than 9 million square foot resort complex is owned and operated by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and comprises four hotels, including Grand Pequot Tower, with 808 rooms featuring 86 suites and 23 villas; Great Cedar Hotel, with 317 rooms, including 41 suites; The Fox Tower, with 825 rooms, including 137 suites; and Two Trees Inn, which has 208 rooms, including 60 suites. Poker at Foxwoods

Foxwoods Poker Room

The non-smoking Poker Room at Foxwoods features 54 tables for live action, such as Stud, No Limit, Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha and 60 permanent tournament tables. The poker room's tournament schedule varies every few months, so check with the casino for the current schedule. Players will find that the poker room has an abundance of amenities such as auto shufflers, USB chargers, cocktail service, massage, TVs, WiFi, valet parking and more. 

Foxwoods is an Indian casino located in Connecticut and within driving distance of NYC.  It is billed as the largest casino in the world.  Since its opening it has created an alternative poker destination to Atlantic City for players in the Metropolitan NY area.  While the poker room is not the largest room in the world, it is sizeable. 

The room uses an electronic waiting list with several screens showing where you stand on the list.  We found wait times to be very reasonable and the friendly staff helps keep things moving.  They offer a variety of games, but do focus on limit and no limit hold'em.  There are several 7 card stud and Omhaha games running at all times.  The room is open 7 days a week till late and we found the room to be quite busy at all hours of the night, even during the week.

David Burke Prime

Located on the restaurant level of the Grand Pequot Tower, David Burke opened Prime at Foxwoods in 2008 and now all of the beef served here is hand picked by him and dry-aged 28 to 75 days on the premises in a salt-tiled aging room. Perfection has never been so watched-over. Dinners at this 13,000 sq ft contemporary steakhouse choose from signature dishes like Surf & Turf Dumplings, savory thick-cut Clothesline Bacon with black pepper maple glaze, and tableside classic Caesar salad and an impressive premium wine collection featuring more than 800 different varietals displayed in a 35-foot cascading wine tower. The restaurant also includes a 28-seat bar and multiple semi-private dining and event spaces. 

Caputo Trattoria

Locted in the Grand Pequot Tower, Caputo Trattoria features Italian lunch and dinner cuisine, offering guests appetizers, crudo, house-made pasta, and hearty entrees, while the award-winning wine program, offers the perfect complement to every dish. Golden Dragon

Foxwoods RV Parking

Foxwoods offers RV parking (no hookups) located in Parking Lot B on the east end of the (self-parking) parking lot. Space in the lot is limited and is shared with other guests driving automobiles. All RV/campers arriving on property must call Foxwoods' Security Department at (860) 312–3333 to register before proceeding. There is no tractor trailer parking provided.
