Update Jan. 2023: One of Iowa's three remaining riverboat casinos, Casino Queen Marquette, has received approval from the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission to move from its current location - moored on the Mississippi River in Marquette - to a dry-land site at 100 Anti Monopoly Street in the city in Clayton County, Iowa. According to the riverboat casino's St. Louis-based owner, Queen Casino & Entertainment, more than 12,000 square feet will be added to an existing dockside building to accommodate the 17,000-square-foot casino, which will have more than 400 slot machines, two new blackjack tables and other games. A new main entrance, dining areas and a sport bar are also reportedly planned. 

Casino Queen Marquette in Marquette, Iowa has a lot to offer gamblers from a first-rate riverboat gambling experience to the wonders of the Mississippi River on which the Miss Marquette sits. The casino is located next to a 31-acre site with a marina, and an enclosed pavilion with dining on the first floor and an entertainment showroom on the second floor. The top floor of the pavilion can be used for banquets as well.

If you are planning on staying the night please enquire about hotel and casino packages, some offering complimentary shuttle service. Dining options include Marquette Street Buffet, Deli & Chips, and the farm fresh Marquette Street Homestyle Chicken to go. Seasonal live entertainment can be found in the pavilion and upon occasion at Lone Wolf Bar. You will come for the gambling and here there are more than 400 slots and video poker machines with an entire room devoted to video poker. Players will also find two 21+3 blackjack tables and three electronic table games on the gaming floor.
