This track has had a plan for improvement since my first visit 5 years ago. I recently visited it again this past summer (2006) and it hasn't changed. They have no active clubhouse - just the trackside viewing. If I'm going to gamble, I want to enjoy myself and it's difficult to relax when you think your surroundings are gross. Some well placed ads in the Theme Park attraction areas and they could probably drum up the crowd to pay for the upgrade. Avoid this track unless your gambling habit has reached that of crack addict.
