Michelle Little, 40, of Tobyhanna, Pa., appeared before state Superior Court Judge Paul W. Armstrong today and entered a guilty plea to one count of third degree theft and one count of fourth degree theft, Somerset County Prosecutor Wayne J. Forrest said.
