    BusinessProtector Trust

For U.S. residents who have gambling and other income over $300,000, annually, we construct very unique trusts that protect all business and investment income & assets from taxation and litigation. The trusts are so safe, the IRS grants you a written approval letter for total peace of mind. Imagine having gambling winnings protected from taxation and your other business assets protected from litigation, all with the blessings of the Internal Revenue Service. It is true, legal, and very safe.

Considering winning of all sorts: lottery and gambling winnings, etc are taxable, I have to doubt your service right off the bat. Maybe you're not being clear enough.

I completely understand your doubt, but I can assure you that to the extent the income can be classified as earned income, no matter where it comes from, this income can be deferred from taxation for one's lifetime. I have taught classes on this at a major university and work with some of the top accountants in both New York , and L.A., and I know what I'm talking about. And as I mentioned, I secure an approval letter from the IRS within about 6 months of adopting the plan and trust. Last, I have secured over 50 approval letters from the IRS on these types of plans. The ultimate proof of a plan of this nature is the IRS, and when constructed properly, they will grant the client an approval letter.

Well... welcome to the forum! (and I am not a lawyer or accountant, so I cannot reply to what you say) - only to say to our members that we can't endorse anyone here. And... maybe we need to move this post to a different section? I'll think about it for a bit... it's posted in "Introductions" which is supposed to be a meet-n-greet type area for members here
