Important Hotel Information
- A credit card authorization of 100 is required to check-in to cover incidentals, which may include; room damage, phone calls, pet fees, extra person charges and other charges. We will not be able to check you in if you do not have a valid debit or credit card that we can authorize for the 100 deposit.
- The Front Desk is closed Sunday thru Wednesday from 1AM - 7AM and Thursday thru Saturday from 2:30AM - 7AM. Check-in and check-out services are not available during the closure hours. This property collects a 5.85 per day Resort Fee.

Let me mention the great things in this hotel that helped make my mind up to return next week for 4 days...#* Front Desk Staff was unbelievable....especially ABC was helpful too! #* This hotel has a housekeeping staff that is impecable! I think they even cleaned the baseboards! #* The rate for a gorgeous large room w/a comfy King bed that was oh so quiet & very conveniently located was only .....wait for it..... $*!!!!!! OMG! Amazing! Now, this is my kind of hotel! So, I think it would be safe to say.... I am a permanent guest of the 7 Springs Inn & Suites for as long as I live...I just love this place and I

I stayed at the 7 Springs Inn with the boyfriend for a weekend trip to Palm Springs. We reserved a standard room with two queen beds because it was cheaper than a single bed (weird). It worked out because we were able to use one bed for our luggage, and one bed for sleeping. The room itself was excellent! It even included a refridgerator, microwave, walk-in closet with a safe, along with the standard amenities. It was all very convenient and we enjoyed every moment of our stay within the rooms. As for the communal areas, there were a couple of swimming pools and a sauna for guests. The pools did not look very inviting at all due to the water being very murky. The sauna also looked run-down. The location of the hotel was decent for the price we paid. We were walking distance to some of the popular restaurants, including Cheeky's and Jake's, but further from downtown Palm Springs. It was a little scary walking along the streets near 7 Springs. If you are looking for a good deal, 7 Springs has great rooms. The location and communal pool areas are not that great, but tolerable.

When I pulled up to the hotel I was a little nervous since it looked like an old style motel but they have renovated it in a beautiful, modern style with fountains in the lobby and outside courtyard. Room was beautiful and had small fridge and microwave. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi room - the jacuzzi was in the bedroom but was very pleasant. The pool area is surrounded by very tall palm trees- very pretty. The place also has a coin operated washer and dryer at cheap prices- I think it was $* for the washer. wifi internet in all rooms. The front desk was very helpful- printed off directions for me, answered questions. And the bed was FABULOUS! I had stayed at a very expensive resort for the rest of my trip and can honestly say that I enjoyed 7 Springs much more! The only complaint would be that there is some street noise (it's on a busy street in the downtown area) but the location makes it very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the airport. A really good experience at a very reasonable rate!
