THe hotel is very nice. THe staff is professional and appropriate. THe rooms are clean and everything is as described. One extra feature that I really enjoyed and greatly remember from the hotel is the maintenance crew on the 8th floor and ground floor. Every time I passed them they said hello and actually thanked me for staying here. THe maintenance evening shift worker on the ground floor actually thanked me for picking adams mark and bringing my miney there. I enjoy when I hear my money is appreciated and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure I enjoy the hotel and come back. WOuld definitely stay there again. One area of improvement for the hotel would be to add a hotel shuttle back and forth from the airport. THe business travelers like me is a huge market you guys may be missing by not having it. Six other hotels in the area including the hyatt regency have it, and as someone that stayed there before their lobby is flooded with business travelers and when I ask them why do they not go to adams mark they say it's because of the shuttle because it is so convenient and time saving. BUt besides that it's a great hotel. I give it 10 out of 10 just because of the staff. They definitely made my stay pleasant.

We stayed here 2 nights july 12 13 and i will def stay again next time in Buffalo. The hotel is clean staff is great rooms are nice . I read all the neg reviews and was a nervous wreck then got there and cant figure out what those ppl were talking about it was great! some ppl are never happy!

Not a good surprise hotel!

The suitcase stuck to the floor and there were bottle caps under the bedspread. Cleanliness was not important and ignored when brought up to them. If I would have seen the trash under the bedspread before sleeping, I would have left. It was very uncomfortable anyway.

We stayed @ The Adams Mark 1 night (03/27/2010). Check-In took awhile but really wasn't a trip downer. A few things that were the hotels problem: The beds were terrible, stiff as a board and very uncomfortable .... The pillows were just more annoying than appealing. I ended up pitching mine on the floor by the end of the night .... The elevators were slow, crowded and wacky (1 of the 4 elevators kept showing it was coming to the lobby but would go right back up without the door opening) .... The noise we could hear through the walls - window - door was a real pain. You could hear the traffic all night long, the guests in the room next door woke us up in the middle of the night shouting about how someone was bleeding and they were sorry (got me on what was going on), the hallway noise went from check-in to check-out. I understand it's not the hotels fault there was people having a meeting in our hall @ 4am, some people are just inconsiderate.

We had a great time and staff were very friendly. We also enjoyed very much the breakfast at the hotel. Compare to other hotels we stayed it was much better. Also the price we paid was much lower than what we paid before at other hotels. In Buffalo covered parking was a big plus. We will definaly stay again.
