  This is the worst place we have ever stayed. The staff was not friendly or accessible. When asking for basic things it felt like an intrusion. We did not even have access to the beautiful courtyard shown which would have been a great place for our kids to stretch their legs. The room was not picked up each day. So I found a broom just outside our room and had to sweep it everyday to keep it clean. The room was dark and gloomy. No meals or kitchen provided for the price your are paying. Basically you can find a nicer, friendlier place close to the plaza for less. Being a Taos native and going back to my hometown, staying here was a huge disappointment! Don't make the same mistake we did by staying here.
