What a wonderful hotel. Just perfectly located with an extremely helpful staff. We were so delighted with our choice. I would strongly recommend the Agora St. Germaine to anyone who is going to Paris. The Latin Quarter is a wonderful place to be. Easy to get to trains, busses, and walking to sights. Lots of choices for resstaurants and cafes. We especially liked "Eileen" who was one of the front desk workers. She helped us each and every day. Can't wait to go back. John & Lydia Gaudet

We really loved this hotel! Fantastic location! It was close to Metro, Notre Dame, and walking distance of the Louvre and gardens. Nice, safe, clean neighborhood. Bathrooms large and remodeled, friendly staff; it felt like coming home after a long day of sightseeing. Elevator is very small, but works just fine. I would definitely go back and you can't beat the price.

This was my first time in Europe and I was traveling solo. This hotel is a pleasant walk's distance to St Michel Metro stop and there are many little restaurants along the way if you look down the small pedestrian streets. The hotel manager was very helpful and the room was spotless. I really enjoyed the location and felt safe at night because it's an area where people are out later in the evening. The hotel has a room downstairs in which you can leave your luggage until checkin time. There is also a wonderful outdoor market a few blocks away on Tues/Thurs/Saturday mornings. I took a day trip to London on the Eurostar. Once in London I took the Tube to catch a Big Red Bus tour which allows you to hop on and off and includes a boat ride on the Thames and then was back in Paris by 10:30 that night. Great trip, and you get a price break if you go there and back in 1 day.

Hotel Agora St. Germain was everything previous guests have described. It was very clean, room was small but comfy. Loved, loved, loved the location. And the staff all were very friendly and so helpful. Enjoyed meeting Alinne who was not only friendly and helpful but also a lot of fun. No matter which restaurant or store we went to, the employees were friendly. We had such a good time in Paris we are already planning to go again next year and will stay in the same hotel. True, breakfast was expensive if you don't eat much (my husband got his money's worth) but there are plenty of other places nearby less expensive.

The Agora St. Germain was the perfect hotel for my wife and I. The location was excellent; close to subway stations and within walking distance to Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter. They served a wonderful breakfast downstairs in the morning with coffee, juice, breads, cheeses, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt all for 11 Euros. It was a pretty good deal and cheaper than going to one of the local restaurants. The staff spoke english and were very helpful . They helped line up transportation and a dinner boat cruise for us. The rooms, while small by American standards, were nicely appointed with beautiful bathrooms, a wall hung LCD television. Our room was quiet and open up not to the street but to the central courtyard. Overall, we would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend others do the same.
