My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here. He surprised me with a weekend trip, and when I found out we were staying here, I was excited!! I took the virtual tour online, and it doesn't even do the hotel justice. It's gorgeous!!!! Our room was so beautiful, plus it had a view of the falls that was unreal. We loved it. The location is really good. It's pretty centrally located to all the attractions. Instead of taking cabs, we "hoofed" it everywhere. Most things were within walking distance. They have a great restaurant too.

If ever there was the "perfect" hotel...this would be it!! Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly by a friendly young man, who helped us with our luggage. He led us to the front desk, and made sure we were checked in right away (we were a little early). No problem. We were given our room keys and told to have a "wonderful stay." The staff was very impressive. Our guestroom was very clean and fresh, and it had a beautiful view of the Falls. It was breathtaking. I can't stress how important good service is to frequent travelers. Unfortunately, you rarely get it these days. This hotel staff was refreshing!! We will certainly recommend to all.

We have a family of 6, that includes 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 10. It's never easy to vacation, but the Renaissance helped make it easy for us! The service was great. We booked 2 adjoining rooms, with a fallsview. The front desk clerk allowed us to check in to both of our rooms early. That way, we got settled, and then began our journey to the falls. The hotel is so close to the Falls, so we popped 2 kids in strollers and off we went. It was very convenient. The kids had a ball in the pool with the waterfall. That was a big treat for them. We just thought everything about it was fantastic.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel back in July. The location itself is fantastic. The hotel is close to all the attractions, and is just a short walk from the Falls. We thought the service was great. We travel often, and rarely comment on great service. We have told all of our friends and family though, that here, the service was great! The rooms were very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever!! The kids loved the pool area too...we used that each morning. I read some negative comments on the hotel, and I just can't understand them. We had a great trip and were 100% satisfied.

There aren't enough nice things to say about the Renaissance. It is a really great hotel. My girlfriends and I stayed on a "girls weekend." The service was commendable. All the staff was so nice and quite helpful. The decor is really great. It's the best looking hotel in the Falls. You can't beat the rate either. We tried. We compared with others (that shall remain nameless), and we didn't even get close to the rate we paid here. The location rocks too!
