- USD 50.00 per night will be authorized (not charged) on your credit card account upon arrival as a Refundable Incidental deposit. If a credit card is not available cash deposit will be accepted and will be refundable upon departure if no other charge was issued other than room and tax. Longer Stays apply for a reduction on the deposit amount. Guest is responsible for all incidental charges and must be 21 years old or older in order to check in.

I have been in South America, Europe and Caribbean. By far, this hotel was the worst hotel experience of my life. I deeply regret not staying in a "Super 8". I never been in a super 8, but I believe they cannot be worse than this ABC. XYZ and ugly, the pics on their website show a much better place. Besides the poor customer service, the rooms smell bad, are tiny, very poorly decorated, and they do not even have a coffee machine. They "choose" who will have b-fast accordingly to a strange system. They also cancel your reservations if your flight is late. They said your are supposed to call and let them know you are coming late. HOW CAN I CALL FROM A 12 HOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT???? AFTER ARRIVING EXAUSTED, I was mistreated by the front desk personnel, completely incompetent and uncooperative. Every one had a different explanation for my reserve cancellation Decision-makers managers do not work on saturday and sundays, which are the busiest days of the week right??? Unbelievable!!!! Above all, I did not even receive a "Thanks"when I paid their ridiculous charges. iT WAS A NIGHTMARE! I decided to check out earlier because I could not stand to continue deal with that place. After I left to another hotel, I finally could enjoy the city of Miami and change a my first impression of the people of that city....

Our stay here was not entirely bad, until I got home to see a $* charge on my credit card. After calling the hotel to talk to a manager and waiting two days for a response, they informed me that I was being charged for stained sheets. $* for stained white sheets, go figure, which I never even slept on because I ended up staying with friends at another hotel. Plus, the weekend we were there ended up being a lesbian pride weekend in South Beach (not that there is anything wrong with that), but there was a party outside our window all night which was so loud I could barely hear my friend's conversation with me. Never again.

I went to Miami Beach with some friends. I chose this place because it was affordable. My expectations were low because it was so cheap, but I needed only a place to lay my head at night. Well, I was so surprised. I loved it. The room and location was great. The ony downside was that parking was expensive, but that is because chose to use the valet service. Housekeeping was great. The hotel was so unique. It was a great choice for me and I will most definitely stay there again!

We arrived on Saturday and we weren't impressed with the exterior appearance of the hotel. It looked much better on the pictures. Once inside, we were again disappointed. Rust stains ran down from the ceiling and the lobby wasn't as modern and posh as portrayed. The staff was friendly and saw our luggage to our room after a short altercation between a guest and a visitor occured. The room was tiny and poorly decorated. There was no balcony and no coffee machine in the room. I attempted to take a shower and I didn't have the luxury of having hot water. My boyfriend was a bit more lucky than I in regards to water temperature!!! :) The hairdryer also caught on fire while I was drying my hair. Although, the staff was quick to bring me another one, I wasn't reassured. We spent 3 nights at the hotel and all three were nights of poor sleep.. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the mattress lacked firmness. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel, this hotel is not the one for you. With a bunch of kids running around and partying, we returned more stressed and tired than when we originally got there. The room is not worth the price we paid. Although the hotel is reasonnably located, there are better options!!!! Finally Valet parking was a disaster. Although one attendant was curteous and prompt, the others were slow and always asking to move our car out of the way, even if we were stopping by the hotel for a brief 15 minutes. Ouchhhh!!! Even if we didn't use the restaurant or pool facilities, other guests commented that the food quality was horrible. The hotel also advised us that the pool was broken. Overall, TERRIBLE!

The hotel was a great deal and it is located in the middle of everything. It was so convenient to the beach and Lincoln Road. It was worth it and I would definitely stay there again if I was trying to save a few bucks.
