  here was a mouse in my room (#118) so I went to the office to demand a refund and the owner told me that was against the hotels policy. He offered to change my room and I reluctantly agreed against my better judgment, and no sooner than I moved my things into the new room, I saw a roach crawling into my purse. I stormed back to the office and demanded a refund and the owner called me a liar a refused to give me my money back. Only after I told him I called the Better Business Bureau and the Health Department did he take me seriously. This place is over priced, rude and DISGUSTING!!!
