  My friend and I took our first visit to Jacksonville for our spring break. the first room we had the bathroom was filthy so we asked for another room. There was no closet and when we were getting ready to go out there werent any irons. We were told that there was Irons there but when we got there the front desk attendant said they had to find one. It was never found...This hotel was a disgrace and should not be allowed to function they way it is. We did get all our money back and went to another hotel.

  For the price this room was great! It was small but very clean and the staff were awesome! We came down for the Gator Bowl so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It's just what you need if you're looking for something inexpensive and clean just to sleep and shower.

  I booked 3 rooms for friends from out of town and all they had to say about the rooms was how many roaches were found, how the sheets had the ...

  I booked 3 rooms for friends from out of town and all they had to say about the rooms was how many roaches were found, how the sheets had the previous guests hair on them and that they ran late because there were no clocks in the rooms. When they checked in the AC was turned OFF and it was 95 degrees outside. It pays to just sacrifice to pay a few dollars more to get a decent safe and sanitary place.

  This was the most disgusting and unsanitary place I have ever stayed. One bed was broken and the other was on the floor. The bathroom ceiling was falling in, we didn't dare take our shoes off. We wanted somewhere to stay the night before an early flight, but it was not worth it.
