  Paid for room with whirlpool tub that was so loud it couldnt be used after 10 pm due to disturbing other people. Found a nasty clump of hair in whirlpool tub!! Room had ROACHES!! Had to bag all luggage in plastic to avoid bringing them home. Light over vanity mirror did not work. Nothing done to compensate me for these issues! Tried to give me different room, but had nothing that would met my needs. It probably had roaches too.

  This hotel is not 2 miles from airport at least 25 miles. no mall/casino within 3 miles either. it is in the hood!!!
