  Rom was sort of clean but smelled terribly of cigaretts. Carpet stains, no closet or hangers, dirty bathroom, and i seen a cockroach. Even the pool was nasty as it had green stuff growing in it. I didnt spend much time in the room but at least it was cheap. Neighborhood is kinda questionable too.
