  The staff was very friendly and helpful. very nice pool, but outside, so great for summer, but no pool in the winter. will stay again.

  The website said heated outdoor pool. the pool was freezing when we went in. the plumbing in our room was terrible and we had to switch rooms at 8p.m. ...

  the website said heated outdoor pool. The pool was freezing when we went in. The plumbing in our room was terrible and we had to switch rooms at 8p.m. and were put in a handicap room which was very small with a playpen needing to be set up and the water coming from the shower head felt like it was tearing your skin off. We won't go back.
