Thanksgiving Holiday 2009 Very very dissapointing, rooms looked very badly rundown. Mgmt doesn't seem to care for upkeep of hotel rooms. We booked a non-smkg room, but ended up in a smoking room-I called the front desk to let them know, they said we did get a non-smoking room, I said fine and was ready to just deal with the smell, then my husband saw cigarette burnt marks on coffee table. Instead of calling the front desk a second time, I just went in person and requested a non-smoking room. They did change the room for us, so we got our room, unpacked again and went out for dinner. When we returned to our room , we found out the heater was not working. I went to front desk to let them know and they had us look at another room to check if heater was working, when I checked out this other room, the heater did not have a knob to turn heater on or off so they had us check another room and this time, the heater was working so we took the room and settled in to our new room for the 3rd Time, by know it's late and we are just ready to get a good night sleep, yeah right. The bed springs where practically popping out of the mattress, very uncomfortable, and as far as the faucett in the sink, well it was not bolted down and evertime we had to use it we had to hold the bottom of faucett down with one hand and pull the handle up with the other hand otherwise the whole faucett would pop out of the sink. Have fun and enjoy if you decide to stay here, because you have been warned. Not worth it at all.

02/29/2008Had bugs, no towel racks, bath tub nasty, old cars with broken windows in parking lot. not safe. we checked out approx. 4-5 hours after checking in.
