  I had to switch rooms due to bugs in my bed (not sure if they were bedbugs or not). When I started pulling sheets back to see if I could find more bug, I noted that the sheets had long hairs on them, as did the pillow cases--and these hair were NOT from me. Clearly the sheets were not washed before I checked in.The whole second floor had an oddly, slightly sweet scent to it--but it was not pleasant in any way.After I was moved to a neighboring room, the air conditioning in the second room BARELY worked (and it was a hot night).

• Noise makes sleeping near impossible

  There is a large pump on the 1st floor that reverberates throughout all 3 floors. it starts and stops all day and all night. the staff are apparently too dense ...

  There is a large pump on the 1st floor that reverberates throughout all 3 floors. It starts and stops all day and all night. The staff are apparently too dense to do anything about it. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
