This inn was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my life!! My family and I stayed here out of desperation because we attended our family reunion in TN and every where else was booked. The room was filthy, the beds weren't changed (linen was stained from the previous customer), the bathroom had plumbing issues and spiders and spiderwebs throughout like it hadn't been cleaned in 4-ever! Some of the amenities from the old management (Best Western) like kleenex and the continental breakfast were discontinued once depleted. The expired continental breakfast consisted of moldy muffins, rotten OJ and stale breads that had the Best Western emblem on them. The manager was rude and stated that ""Americans are wasteful"". Excuse me if a roll of tissue runs out with a family of 5 sharing a double room. We were issued 4 towels (2 - hand towels and 2- bath towels). We brought our own towels for our infant because she has sensitive skin and it was stolen out of our luggage! The manager adamently denied this could happen, maybe because the attendant was his wife. They wouldn't replenish the towels or provide room service because that too was an amenity that apparently was discontinued with the old management. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worse enemy. We were in a strange place with no other options and totally at this hotel's mercy. My final words, you get what you pay for and in my option we were overcharged because this place was a joke.
