  I have stayed in worse. Due to a number of large events in Santa Rosa that weekend, most hotels were sold out - and if they weren't, they wanted $$$$ for so-so room. We just needed an affordable place to spend the night while working at one of the events. That was what was provided. But: evidence of drug usage was left beside my car;didn't make me feel safe when I had to leave at 3am; and when the toilet plugged, the manager did not want to assist - he wanted me to come get the plunger and do it myself; he did unplug the toilet, but informed me where the plunger was for any further plugs ;don't think that is my job when their water pressure is so low it won't properly flush toilet.

  pretty much a total dump. Price was reasonable but I had to fight with the lady at the desk for an extra towel. I would spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

  pleasant surprise, chosen due to no bad reviews and good ones a long time ago. great breakfast, plenty of room, heat/ac, clean, service, firm bed. i hope you will not be disappointed by smallish towels. we stayed an extra night!

  For a family with toddlers, it was wonderful to have a room with both a refrigerator and microwave. The room also had a full size iron and ironing board which we used. Bad:The toilet base was loose and, the faucet aerator was missing which caused water to spray on the sink basin.
