This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled and was filthy. The furniture was dirty and stained. The linens had cigarette burns, stains, and were disgusting. The pillows were completely flat and when I requested more, I was told that too many people were stealing them and he didn't have anymore. It was like this hotel was taken directly from a horror movie. I spent most of the night waiting for a serial killer to show up. Even though I prepaid for 2 rooms for 2 nights, I moved

Our family stayed overnight on our way up to the Sierras. We had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were exactly like the pictures: Very clean, updated, comfortable beds, refridge, coffee maker & flat screen tv. Lobby provided free coffee, hot chocolate & juice. Great location by stores & restaurants and Great price! Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again! ;-)

Two night stay. Photos were accurate, Staff was VERY helpful, and being from Nevada, I expect much from inn keepers. I read the previous reviews, and am not sure if it is a change of staff or management, but having two small dogs, this is such a large step up from Motel 6, that this is going to be where I stay on ever trip to this area. Close to downtown and shopping.

Person at front desk friendly and had excuses for property and its so called renevations. We had a queen bed that sagged in the middle so we rolled into each other all night long. We had two holes in one wall and door, frayed carpet, a sagging counter top for the eating area, had a kitchen but no plates, eating utensils, not even paper goods to eat off of or with. No maid service the next day. TV could not turn off or on had to be unplugged/plugged at wall. Some one set alarm clock for 5 am which screamed at us just as we finally got to sleep. Called 3 days in advance asking for a non smoking room but could still smell stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom had stained sink and toilet. Over all stay not too pleasant. Will not stay there again. Priced OK.
