Horrible Decision

Not Pleased At All! The toilet wobbled and there was actually an empty toilet paper roll shoved under the left side of the toilet to try to keep it balanced. There were significant cracks in the bathroom wall, hair in the bathtub, and a dirt foot print on the wall opposite the tub. The front door had a gap, the carpet was stained, and light bulbs were burnt out. Though the hotel has wireless internet, we had to stand outside of the room to get service. Plus, my cell phone (which is new by the way, got it earlier this month) only received service in the room in one specific spot. The beds are hard and small..... The lobby is about 15'x15' and has two small tables. The continental breakfast was not even worth advertising... The whole place just looks shady. The staff were not courteous, and the location isn't the best either.

I was here for a business trip. This place seems to have been revamped by the new management. The room was clean and the manager very friendly. I found my stay very comfortable and I would surely stay here again. There were a lot of people for the Fort Jackson graduation as I feel this is nearest and most economical option. ALL IN ALL WORTH THE MONEY PAID.

I was here last week for a business trip. The hotel is clean. Management is good and the entire experience was comfortable. I would say this place is value for money. I have stayed here before and the new management seems to have made some changes. Near Fort Jackson, WAL-MART, SEARS are at close distance.

Me and my wife spent the night at this place and had to get up the next morning and go to the va medical center. We checked in and went to our room.One bed had cover the other did not and to top it off we had no wash clothes.The coffe maker was brocken and had very little tp and half the ligths would work.Also the clock would not work at all.

We went for my sons graduation at Fort Jackson. They advertised one mile away Fort Jackson main gate....which was true BUT, it 5 miles away from the gate we needed to enter. We spent two nights there so obviously its not a bad place to stay. It was clean with microwave and fridge.You can tell they had definitely done some remodeling.We booked our room over the internet and it was a little hard to find, The neighborhood made you wonder for a little bit. They had internet but it requred a password which I got from the manager. They do accept pets. Would I stay there again? Probably not, mainly because its location.
