  I checked in, I see a 2 diamond rating. Well they have not there in a long time! TV remote did not work. The clerk gave me a sheet to reprogram my remote. It was 2 pages long on how to reprogram the remote. I asked him to do it. He said it wasn't his problem and if I wanted to watch TV then I would have to figure it out. Thr rooms were about as cheap as they come. Anyway I stayed checked in for about a whole 2 hours and checked out. My credit card company told me to just mark on my reciept " Refuse to pay". This was this past Wed. night.
