I was very disappointed with both the customer service at this Inn as well as Travel agency. I reserved two rooms and when I went sign in there was only one room ready for me. It took me two hours to get my other room because the Inn had to wait for a fax to be sent over with my information. A simple fax took 45min to be sent. I had to call Travel agency again so that another representative could take care of this for me. Thank Goodness that this person worked for Travel agency because the second rep to help me sent a fax within 5 min. I don't understnad why this was not done the first time when the representative knew that it was late in the night and I had two children with me. I think this was horrible customer service and I will NEVER use Travel agency again. The staff at this hotel was rude and unfriendly, I saw their interaction with others and everyone received the same unrespectful treatment. I would think the staff would know how to offer customer service, big no, I will never stay at this Inn either.

First off realize that this is a budget motel and will be nothing like any casino/hotel. If you're still interested then I would recommend this place for you. It's cheap and certainly isn't for someone who wants to spend a good portion of their trip in their room. Mine had broken wood furniture, a poorly patched roof, and the A/C managed only to keep it bearable at night so I might worry about comfort in the middle of summer (for a cheap motel things could be a lot worse). The staff were nice, the pool looked OK, and I had no complaints as I wasn't expecting too much. The location is next to the Hooters casino and just a half mile from the MGM Grand, New York, Flamingo, and Excalibur Casinos. Great location for the price and if you plan on spending your trip on the strip instead of in your motel this is a decent deal.

Small but Quaint Room. Smaller than a college dorm room. Faulty electrical and loud plumbing. If your not planning to stay in your room, its a great deal for your money. Pray you dont get a room in a hi traffic area for the noise is sometimes unbarable. Overall I gave it a 5 out of 10.

I stayed at this hotel in February and pretty much like the title says,you get what you pay for.I wasnt so much dissapointed because I knew I was tryin to save money on this hotel and there wouldnt be all the ammeneties of the hotels on the strip.so i dont know what most of these people are expecting for this price.The pluses...well the price...it really isnt far from the strip as you can see in the virtual tour of the outside..the MGM Grand is basically right across the street..so its a lil baby walk to the strip.I cant speak for anybody else,but Our room looked just like in the photos,nothin more,nothin less.If you dont plan on bein in your room most of the time I do recomend this hotel!
