We had a good night's rest, it was quiet and no neighbors. Although the manager/owner was a little shady with the transaction during check in (he almost charged me twice). The complimentary breakfast consisted of only bread and bagels. The rooms weren't too bad. All in all, the location was great. It's quiet, close to the freeways and gas stations and a few shopping centers, as well as a Denny's and Starbucks nearby. The location is best because it is in the middle of both Napa and San Francisco, since we went during the beginning of spring it was perfect! I would stay here again for the price, unless you are looking for a suite, this is a perfect place to rest your head after a long day of doing tourist-like activities.

The staff and owner are very rude here. We wanted a final bill when we checked out and all they could offer us was the hand-written guest registration card. Now how do I get reimbursed if this were a work trip and how do I know that I won't get charged later for something? The person claiming to be the owner (who would not give me his name or his business card) was yelling at me telling me he's never heard of a final bill and if I didn't like it, then don't stay at his hotel again! Now for the rooms, they were dingy, but I guess for $59 plus tax, it's the cheapest lodging around. You get what you pay for. There were small hairs on the bed sheets and it looked like they just shook them out from the last guest and didn't wash the sheets. AAA should NOT have this hotel as a AAA approved hotel!

Do NOT stay here (worst customer experience of my life). My wife and I booked 3 nights at the Ramada in early September. Due to a bag being lost at the airport, we arrived at the hotel after the front desk's normal operations had closed. My wife had called them to let we know we'd be in late, and they said it wouldn't be a problem.
When we pulled up to the front desk, we had to ring the intercom from outside the
building (which went straight to the unoccupied front desk). We stood outside, ringing the intercom continuously for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, we'd been on the phone to Ramada's 0000 customer service (who also were not able to contact the front desk). It turns out the manager on duty was also the owner, who was sound asleep.
He was belligerent when he finally woke up, and proceeded to (1) throw our AAA card back at us, instead of telling us he wouldn't take it, (2) charging us more than the rate we'd been quoted, and (3) didn't offer us anything complimentary for the fact that we stood outside for so long trying to contact an employee (despite
the 0000 customer service rep offering to give us a discount). Being frequent travelers for lots of professional meetings, we will avoid this place like the plague in the future - do not stay here when there are cheaper options in the area!! -

The Location was the best. Hungrey Hunter Steak House Restaurant that you can walk across is great food. Starbucks for morning walk over, Alexander Vally wineries and Dry Creek Wineries minutes away. Rooms had microwave and fridge and everything else you possibly need. Friendly staff. I would go back to this place to stay and recommend to anyone traveling to Santa Rosa.

we were a little leary when we read reviews of this hotel, however having staying at Ramada's before we took the chance. It was great. Not a 4 star, but certainly they had everything you needed. The room was spotless, lighting over the sink the best I've seen. Their breakfast wasn't huge, but had a variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it and would return at any time.
