  nice clean hotel,although the room was extremely small,like cell block small.most of the staff was very helpful however one particular women was very rude and refused to help anyone,her standard response to questions was ,so sorry i can not help you.they charge 14 euros to park your car in the garage and when the overbooked it,2 people were blocked in and this same women refused to help.they have a list of the people who are in the garage,how hard would it have been to contact those few peopel and find out who blocked in the cars.also the web site says you can check in by 12:00 but it is actually after 2:00 before they let you in.the elevator was out and i was put on the 5th floor.remember europe has a ground floor then the 1st floor so it was 6 floors up.the metro was convenient and very easy to use.paris was a blast.thoroughly enjoyed france!

  Nothing like website pics, website mis-leading,rooms were small, small shower, no air conditioning, have to pay for sauna and safety box, no fridge in the room,only 4 ...

  Nothing like website pics, website mis-leading,Rooms were small, small shower, no air conditioning, have to pay for sauna and safety box, no fridge in the room,only 4 channels on the tv and only in French (again website misleading) Good things about the hotel was hotel staff/friendly, informative, and free wireless internet but reception only good on 1st floor.Wouldnt recommend this hotel to a friend.
