  The Starbay Suites is a great place. Away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta. Sits on a great beach with a nice pool. Great staff, nice clean rooms, Cyber Cafe is great. Rooms need more personal touch. No pictures, vases, etc. in rooms.
