I would not stay here again if they were giving away rooms. We changed rooms 4 times. 3 times in one night after checking in very late at night. The following did not work in various rooms: refrigerator, phone, smoke alarm disabled, lamps, turn lock on door, A/C , sink drains, room not made up once we returned, room #4 on our last night the sink drained unto the floor from the back of sink. major flood. Dining room opened at 10 a.m. instead of the posted 7 on the website. Our plans of having a quiet place to stay was taken away by the hotel from hell. Never once an apology from the morning front desk employee when I notified her of the problems we had. AAA needs to take this hotel off their list. It is NOT a 3 diamond hotel.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Strangest hotel I have ever seen. Seems like when it was built, it must have been nice, but the current owner is allowing it to go to hell. WATCH OUT for bogus charges on your bill, like per night for valet parking that was never disclosed by valet or the front desk. When I argued, I was told it is in the fine print on my bill. BUT - the lobby is REALLY dark, you cannot read your bill. It's dark like a disco, no kidding! Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank. Then, TV didn't work. Remote control didn't work. A/C didn't work. Telephone didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. There is no manager on site, and he will not even call you back. Seems like they want to extort every penny they can from their guests and don't want to provide any services at all. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!!!
