This hotel was hoenstly awful. imagine our dissapointment when we found ourselves in a dirty 10' by 10' room with no air conditioning. Not only was the room bad, but the hotel was doing construction on the second floor, meaning we had to deal with the constant sound of hammering at all hours of the day, including at 6 AM, when they began. The room didn't feel private by any means, as sounds from both outside and in the hall could be very well heard. Not much fun waking up at all hours of the night because of slamming doors and people yelling. We originally scheduled 8 nights at this hotel, but after night 2 we couldn't take it anymore. Puerto Rico is a wonderful place to visit and vacation, but if you go steer clear of this particur hotel!!!

12/28/2009This hotel definitely is a relaxing, friendly and nice place to stay. nice view, good location, nice staff, an ocean view bar, etc... you will find by yourself.
