I arrived to the hotel at 9:00am after an early flight to Atlantic City from Detroit. Much to my surprise the hotel allowed us to check in a full 6 hours before the posted check in time. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a sitting area with a large table and 4 chairs. The room had a balcony with a lovely view of the ocean. I checked out the next morning at about 10:30am, but the hotel kept my bags for me until my 4:30pm airport shuttle arrived. This hotel provides A+ service and a fantastic room for the price.

The room was nice although I did experience a couple of minor drawbacks. I am use to a room equipt with an iron and board, I had to call and have on sent to my room. When it arrive the iron never got hot, I had to call for another. Also the water took forever to get hot enough that I could shower or wash my face. The staff were very courteous and helped to make my stay pleasant. Would I stay there again, probably not.

The staff were professional. Good location on the boardwalk. Though there was a snowstorm, because of the location of the hotel, able to enjoy the casinos and shopping. I forgot my cell phone charger, front desk clerk loaned me a charger to use during my stay. So yes, overall I was very happy with my stay at the Days Inn Atlantic City Beachfront.

The room was not super clean nor fabulous, but the bed was comfortable, there was a little balcony with ocean view and it felt safe enough. The room was quiet (until morning before checkout, when the hallway was a bit noisy.) The staff was pleasant. They had a secure parking lot with attendant, which is good if you don't mind handing over your car keys. (I do mind.) The in-hotel restaurant seemed reasonable and plain. The bathroom was tiny. There was shampoo but no conditioner, which speaks to lack of standard amenities. Days was inexpensive and convenient, right on the boardwalk and no traffic. The Tropicana, with great restaurants, casino, nightlife, etc is right across the street.

My mother was bitten by bed bugs. They moved us to another room. This Days Inn staff was unresponsive and didn't care to see the bite marks that had surfaced, while we were still there in the establishment. They acted as if it is quite normal to go through this type of event and be bitten by bed bugs was the norm. I couldn't believe what we were experiencing. Never in my life had I seen a bed bug until I stayed at this location and I have never felt so disrespected by a hospitality service. And seeing that I previously worked in one year's ago, I am totally appalled by this Days Inn staffs self righteous actions as if we were bothering them to alert them that as a result of us being placed in Room 266 upon check in, my mother was now suffering. They moved us when they learned of the infestation however, after they moved us something further transpired from the initial infestation, which were those painful, itchy, disgusting bite marks which I have taken pictures of.
