  did not get much of a chance to use entire facility , but room was clean. Had dinner at Crawford's downstairs and after waiting for an hour for food to arrive, we were served terrible food. While my husband did not ask to have any portion of our bill adjusted, our server was nice enough to speak with mgr (I think she knew we got poor quality) Would stay at hotel again, but would not eat at restaurant.

  Everyone was very helpful. the bartender recommended some good restaurants. the concierge recommended some good hiking trails. rooms were clean, decent, and reasonably priced. many facilities (pool, sauna, exercise room, ...

  Everyone was very helpful. The bartender recommended some good restaurants. The concierge recommended some good hiking trails. Rooms were clean, decent, and reasonably priced. Many facilities (pool, sauna, exercise room, etc) that we didnt get a chance to use.
