  This was my first bed and breakfast ever - and I'm not sure I'll ever want to stay in a hotel again!! The staff is very nice, delicious breakfast. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous - very very clean. The house is well kept and beautiful. I was very pleased with the rate ;well worth it; and if I go back to newport I'll be staying there again! The location is perfect as well - plenty of on site parking. Its about a 5 minute walk to the Bellevue Ave, about 10 minutes down to the warf. This is a historicly beautiful house, and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

  Great location. very close to all local resturants- either a short walk or short drive. breakfast was delicious. karen was kind and hospitable.

  I didnt realize that this inn was gay friendly , We had checked out Diffrent Inns Out of 4 inns this was the one and my partner me Had a great time . The INN keeper XXX made us feel at home .The Inn was clean upscale service was great . The staff went out of there way and beyond For me and my partner ....See you next year...

  Beautifully renovated. stayed in the blue room. it is beautiful. great breakfast provided in a lovely dining room. would definitely stay again.
