  I don?t know what this other people are talking about but this hotel is great. Nice, clean, friendly staff, huge convention center, and their food were great. I will definitely staying at this hotel again.

  We were in town for a ball tournament, we felt like we were in prison. there was a curfew to be in your room for 9:00 pm. security even ...

  We were in town for a ball tournament, we felt like we were in prison. There was a curfew to be in your room for 9:00 pm. Security even told some of our ball players they would handcuff them if they didn't go to their rooms. Sheets were only changed once and you had to beg for towels everyday. One mother even pulled the sheets off they bed so they would be changed, but all housekeeping did was leave the sheets laying on the bed and the "guest" had to make the bed when they returned to the room.
  
  The management staff was non-cooperative and apparently not prepared for this many people. We realize they had just opened, but they need to consider closing for the next tournament since they clearly could not deal with the pressure.
  
  More importantly, they would not work with you to extend your check out time due to weather conditions at the park - unlike other hotels in the area that were working with other teams.
  
  A car was broken in and items were stolen, money was stolen from the rooms and management had no response.
  
  Stay somewhere else!!!
