The hotel isn't bad but isn't good either. It's decent for the money. You get what you pay for. But the location isn't very good. There isn't much around as far as entertainment and restaurants. It's kinda in the industrial area of town. Also I woke up in the middle of the morning with several bed bugs on my legs!! Yuck!! Based on that, I recommend staying somewhere else. If you have to be in this area, go across the street and stay at the Drury Hotel.

The hotel itself seemed nice enough when we booked online. However, it was not. The common areas were not clean and were smelly. THe hallway on the main floor off of the lobby was incredibly smelly as was the elevator lobby and the elevators themselves. The hallways by the rooms were not bad and the room itself was not bad. In addition, side doors which were supposed to be accessible by your card key were open -- meaning that anyone could come and go througout the hotel. There was a lot of traffic -- in the parking lots, in the lobby, etc. Enough to make myself and my daughter feel borderline unsafe. We will not stay again regardless of price.

Front desk at night was nice. the rooms were clean, i have stayed here twice, and will again. Its nice and quite, no noise from the outside or other rooms. Plenty of resturants and and the interstate,and shopping.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past 4 months. For the most part the stay was pleasent even though the staff just didn't seem to friendly even when we went back a second time. the second ttime we went for the pool for my daughter and they had closed it down and was refilling it with a water hose drug in from the outside door connected from the outside of the hotel. Needless to say we didn't get to use it. We were really disapointed because of that. The rooms we booked were not cleaned when we checked in and they gave us the keys to them any how. We went through that twiced before we got a clean rooms.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group for a basketball tournament and I would not recommend this particular Baymont Hotel. The largest issue was the customer service which made the rest of the trip bad. We had a room with 2 double beds, and two of the three days we were only supplied two washclothes and we were told they ran out and laundry was closed until the next morning. We also was given dirty towels which they did replace. We attempted to get towels to swim and was told to wait until after 5pm for pool towels because they didn't feel like getting them out of the laundry at the time. The pool was bad, it had a dirt ring across the entire pool approx 3 inches from the top of the water level to the concrete floor. The room was ok, soap scum along the tiles and the water drained very slow. It does have a washer and dryer at the location and the location within walking distance to several dining places. It has internet connectivity
