My son and I stayed here Sunday Feb 13 2011 ... We were placed at the back of the hotel. there were aprox 5 big rigs lined up behind our room with the engines running. one truck had some kind of additional motor that started up every 20 min and ran for about 20 min then off 20. when this motor started up the whole room vibrated. I slept less than one hour the whole night. also next to the bed I was sleeping in was a huge blood stain on the carpet. maybe I watch too much tv but I began to search the wall in the direction the blood stain was and we found multiple blood stains on the wall next to the bed. also blood stains on the wall in the bathroom above the door running down. this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

front desk lady was very nice and courteous. Room was in great shape. we enjoyed our stay. This was the second time and both times were great. Tahe rates were great as well. May i say also, that previously, on my first stay i woke up to find a flat tire on my car and a dead line to get to the airport to bring my friend. The clerk was trusting enough to allow me to use her car. I was shocked how trusting any one could be.

This would be a nice locaion for when we go to concerts at the woodlands. The front desks clerks both check in and check outs were very friendly. And i was very shocked and thankful for the price i paid for the room going throught travelocity. It really helped out my budget. I would of liked to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room but im glad there was a pool to entertain my kids.over all we had a good stay . I would stay here again next time we are in that area of Houston.

Was there for 2 nights and loved it. Excellent service, got another room because phoneline wasn't working. Location is very good, near big Mall, wall Mart and Many restaurants and Chelsea outlet mall is just 20 min away. Breakfast was reasonable: coffee, waffles, bagles, muffins, cereals And fresh fruit. Will absoluty stay there again in december.
