The staff at this hotel was great...helped me find my way to the hotel through the construction and then showed me how to avoid the construction during my stay, always professional and with a friendly greeting. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was great, And the price simply cannot be beat.

Stayed four nights at the Baymont and we were pleasantly surprised. Room was a good sized King, very clean, with ample towels, etc. Staff was very friendly. Wifi for our laptop worked great. Nice sized desk & furnishings. Only down side was the continuing road construction going on in Tulsa. They are redoing all roads surrounding the area. Luckly we had our Garmin GPS, so it lead us to it.

I was extremely disappointed in our stay at Baymont. When we checked in the motel's records showed us requesting a king sized non smoking and a double smoking room. We had order both rooms non-smoking. The desk clerk was stubborn, but finally accommodated us. One of the reasons for selecting that motel was that it had a swimming pool. The first night when our girls went to the pool they were informed that the pool was closed for repairs. No one at the desk was aware of the problem and could not tell us when it would be open. As it turned out, it did not open during our stay. One of our girls cut her leg and when she went to the front desk to see if they had a bandaid, she was told no by the desk clerk who was eating at the time. Later, she asked another clerk who supplied her with a bandaid. Finally, our fifteen year old daughter was 'hit' on by one of the motel's maintenance people. This was my first stay at a Baymont Inn. However, before I retired, in my job I had frequently placed out of town visitors in the local Baymont. I plan to advise my replacement of the experiences we had in Tulsa.

Would stay again. Very nice employees. Was a little disappointed in pool area. Could use a little bit of assistance. Overall our stay was very nice and breakfast was good, comfortable bed and room was clean. Keep up good work.

Overall was satisfied. No complaints. Room was clean. I would stay there again. Never felt unsafe. Liked that it was right off the highway....although there was a lot of construction on the highway and access roads, but that is nothing the Hotel can help. I got a good deal on a suite....so I liked the value.
