  Vacation was great for the money. However, the front desk staff wasn't all that helpful, sometimes rude. I had an issue with the upstairs leaking, black stuff from the ceiling dripping in the tub. Maintainance came (a day later), said they fixed the problem, still leaked. Hotel was full, they couldn't change our room. Keep AWAY from the casino. Biggest rip-off. Food was great outside of the Window's buffet. Enjoyed the beach side buffet much better. Restaurants were wonderful, with the exception of Aqua. Food there was cold, very small portions. All in All, had a wonderful vacation!
