This is NOT a quotResortquot! Pictures online are very misleading. The quotResortquot is VERY outdated. Very first night of checking in we got stuck in the ancient elevator and then was rudely scolded by the maintenance man for having too many people in the elevator. Bathrooms old and dirty. To flush the toliet you had to hold the handle down for a long period of time. Bathtub clogged and you had to stand in dirty water while taking a shower. The sheets on our beds were never changed beds just made. Beds not comfortable either! Desk attendants not friendly or helpful. quotResortquot website lists access to gym they dont mention that its a MILE away! Lights in hallway to the bathroom were broken and pieces of the plastic were missing one acutally fell out and hit a member of our party. The pool states you can swim from dawn to dusk but you have to sign out a towel and return it by 6:00 p.m. #40The pool office closes at 5:00 p.m.#41 There were several nights that our children wanted to swim past 6:00 and we had no access to a towel. Our vacation stay was a hugh disappointment! I guess we could say the nicest thing about this so called quotResortquot was the balcony!

MY family and i stayed at one of the villas. there were roaches in the room, we were offered a different villa, it was sloppy remodeled, none of the bathroom doors closed, the drains in the showers were clogged off, the shower faucets were leaking, there was a musty smell, our villa was never cleaned. The resort had only one bar by the pools, and , it was very small. My family and I were very dissapointed with the resort, the pictures on line look very different from the actual resort. we decided to check out a day earlier , and, go back home. I don,t recommended to any body.

I came in very late @ 11PM with my mother-in-law and 6-year old son. I politely asked for a late checkout and the front desk clerk gives me a dirty look once over and then disdainfully tells me to check with the morning manager. The morning manager seems to be her trainer in this INHOSPITABLE attitude and begrudgingly tells me he'll let me stay until 12 noon. I have never had such a bad experience in my life before and have stayed in many hotels over the years as I am business traveler. I wish there was a less than zero rating for this place!

Little slice of paradice. Highly recommend. My husband and I are in our 30s and wanted a quiet yet fun spring break. This is close enought to Ft. Lauderdale if you want to visit but the demographic at the hotel was a mix of all age groups- all respectful of everyone else. This hotel offered a great beach, pool and amenities in a good location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan on returning.

Wonderful time at the Beachcomber Hotel. Very good rooms, good beds, excellent heated pool. I travel with my kids and they loved it too. The beach was very nice, we had some issues with some of the jellyfish but I heard it was a seasonal deal. The night, very quiet and comfortable in all the building. Location is good, close to nightlife but secluded from noise. Recommended!
