  We couldn't check in at the check-in time. The room was 88 degrees. They do give you several fans. There was stained comforters that looked like someone peed the bed. The rugs were filthy, we layed down blankets so my kids could play on the floor. Don't look under the furniture other travelers garbage. Smeared bloody snot on the walls and curtains. No A.C. AND HOTTER THAN EVER. Beautiful hard surfaces, just not maintained and needs a.c. in the summer.

  This company is clearly not in the industry to take care of its customers! There were only sheets on ONE of the six beds. One room had dirty sheets in the closet. Absolutely no towels, washcloths, or soap. When we finally got a hold of someone we were brought 4 towels for 8+ people. It's a joke to check in because there really isn't a "front desk" and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone of you need anything.
  Although it is a beautiful place, not having the "basics" made this a really difficult and annoying stay! If you choose to stay here, come prepared with your own sheets, towels and soap. What a joke!!
