  This may have been a four star hotel 15 years ago, but other than the lobby area, the rooms are in need of deep cleaning and repair. We changed rooms halfway through our stay hoping for an improvement, but the second room was as bad as the first. The reception did not understand that the room was prepaid through Travel agency and we had to pay a deposit until we requested Travel agency to send a fax confirming that we had prepaid.
