We initially had a parking lot view, then my beautiful wife pulled out a microscope and found what might have been a bug or some tiny microorganism and called the front desk. At first I was annoyed because I have eaten bigger bugs on dares and didn't want to move our stuff, but without delay, the staff upgraded us to a larger room with a lake view! Sweet! The outdoor pool is not big, but good enough for the crowd and facing the lake. Room was clean and the location is perfect. If making your own waffles during the continental breakfast, be sure to use plenty of spray Pam which is provided, I made the perfect waffle, one might call me a waffle expert now......good hotel.

05/15/2010Nice place. went for lake geneva marathon. staff were very helpful. rooms were neat and clean. very accommodating with late checkout. i'd stay there again.

09/22/2008Very nice room, beautiful view. the bedding was great. everything was there for dining in. plates, cups etc. i definetly recommend this hotel.
VERY NICE ROOM, BEAUTIFUL VIEW. THE BEDDING WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING WAS THERE FOR DINING IN. PLATES, CUPS ETC. I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Stayed in a Lake View room. Absolutely breath taking. Private balcony offered romantic time to enjoy the view of Lake Geneva. This hotel is right on the Lake, offers a Marina on site, resturant, fitness room, free contintental breakfast. And the outside pool and whirlpool overlook the lake. Only a block from downtown. Gino's East on site for great room service. Friendly staff. Rooms have been recently redone. Granite counters in bathroom, each room offers refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, toaster, and wireless internet. Will stay again. Can not beat the view from the Lakeview rooms.

I've stayed at this hotel several times because of its convenient location facing the lake and only 2 blocks to town center. Rooms are decent, but beds need softer pillows in my opinion. Also, I think they "Over-soften" the water as it's difficult to rinse off in the shower. Rooms always seem clean and well maintained. Includes small refrig, sink, self coffee svc. etc. in each room. My only disappointment is the complimentary breakfast needs to get some variety and one waffle iron won't do in high season with a long line waiting.
