My room is on 4th floor with a small balcony faces the beach. If you look to the left you will see a beautiful view of the coast/hotel line. Too bad the ocean is rough we can't swim in it yet instead we had to share the pools. One thing is that on our next trip to cancun, we will avoid spring break week. Young adults hoarded the bars (there are 3 at the hotel), party until midnight (when everything closed), and then they went to their room and party some more until 3 am. Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is not too great but the service is excellent. I definitely would go back.

The resort was older, but very clean. Staff very friendly. The food was good, but did get tired of the same food everyday at the snack bar by the pool. It was the only place open for lunch. The beach was beautiful! Nightly entertainment was OK. Not much punch to the drinks! For the price it was a nice vacation spot!

OMG, Can't wait to go back! Hotel is kinda outdated, but is in a great location. I had a beach view that was just wonderful. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They told how where to go and where not. The bus ran every 2 minutes and you dont have to go to busstop just stand in front of hotel and they pick you up. The food was different but what do you expect, you're in a different country. After a while, you'll adapt to the taste. Room service is very fast, I hung up and it was a like that, they were there. This hotel have great shows and it was a different one every night. I didnt like that they only offer you 1 free water per person, they should work on that. It's a company onsite that sets up tours, jetski, and fun things so we tooked advantage of that! (they will negotiate prices) But overall I had a great time and can't wait to get back.

Good spot for SB, not too busy at the bars, drinks a little light on booze sometimes but not too bad. Food was decent would recommend eating at all of the options available to you for a variety. The staff was very helpful, but the room keys needed to keep being re-swiped in order for them to work.

The hotel was clean for the most part and the staff was ok . however their was not much to do but drink their activities need imagination and they really have to decide on a name for the hotel most cabbies had no idea what the Belle vue was they did no the old name. I booked through travel ocity and found the customer service poor. i would not return to the Belle vue .. but if you just want bare basics they are the resort for you. Eating out was much better than the food the restaurant that you make reservations for was poor. it looks like they are trying to improve but they have a long way to go.
