Staff is the worst I've ever seen - Not friendly and/or honest. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right?" Place is filthy and discusting - carpet is awful, rooms are dirty and the roaches were the largest I've ever seen. I would never stay here again and would not allow my animals to stay in there. I've seen cleaner dog boarding facilities.

the overall stay was very good. was a little skeptical from previous reviews that i read, but called first with questions. Good customer service, manager assured me that the hotel is under new management, and that me and my family would be pleased. that i was, the rate was excellent, rooms werent like the marriott but they were clean and could tell they have been updated recently, Had a issue tub not draining very good, but i called front desk they sent a maintenance man to the room within 15 minutes. All the staff was very inviting and friendly. Was very pleased, and would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Overall, I would say that I received more than expected with wireless internet, continental breakfast and a convenient location near plenty of restaurants. I was there for work, and was treated nicely by the staff. Would certainly stay there again.

We stayed one night and it was horrible. The 1st room the floor was wet,changed rooms and the air conditioning did not work (it was 100+ outside that day), changed to a 3rd room and woke up to roaches all over the bathroom coming in through the fan/vent. When I called to notify travel on line of the problems the hotel employee said that it never happened. That I never said anything about the air conditioning problems even though she was the one who came to my room and checked it for herself and then gave us a different room. That I never mentioned BUGS and never changed rooms 3 TIMES! I will never stay there again.

I was not pleased with the overall cleanliness of the room, the carpet was very dirty with crud along the walls. Check-in took longer than necessary, the front desk clerk charged me again for the room. We did get it all straightened out in the end but it took extra time.
