A no frills hotel, but the bedding was clean and the room smelled fresh. The hotel in serious need of renovation, the carpet needed re-stretching, the water pressure was low, the sink faucet was dripping and showed signs that it had been leaking a long time. One of the elevators had an enunciator panel that was duct taped over, the elevator lobbies were poorly lit and shabby. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we did get there early so we went to a late lunch while the maid finished the room. We stayed at this same hotel two years ago when it was in slightly better repair, so it is really showing neglect. I tried using the "business computer" in the lobby, but the mouse needed replacing and I gave up trying to navigate by keyboard However, I would stay here again, as the price is very competitive, the rooms were clean, and the security was passable.

Wasn't what I had hoped it would be based on the reviews I looked over. Maybe I just got a lemon. No bath mat in my bathroom, but there was a wet rag on the floor. No soap, either, not that I needed a shower that night. Burned out light bulb over the writing desk and the television had a strange greenish cast to the screen. Not many channel choices and no TV guide. In fact there was none of the expected little folders and fliers one usually finds in even the crudest of motels. BUT... the room had a kitchen, a full, working refrigerator/freezer, kitchen cabinets, the makings of the heart of a home. I might have cooked for myself if I'd brought pots, pans, plates, cups, and flatware. As it is, I think I'll see what the competition offers next trip to Denver.

Overall, the hotel was clean except for the carpets, they could have used a good scrubbing, especially the one in the back elevator, it was really bad and the elevator also smelled bad. Their help was all very friendly and helpful. The beds were not the best, and pillows need replacing, but, I can't really complain about anything except the carpeting.

Horrible, i was there for business and it was horrible, smell really bad like curry all the time. Is more llike a weekly time hotel. The people that stay there is lower income (look horrible). 18 wheeler park everywhere in the parking lot. Look like a truck stop.

Yes, the furnishings are somewhat out of date. However, we were more than pleasantly surprised, not just at the price but how clean everything was. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the late hour we checked in...with no advance reservation. We are definitely going to stay here again, and considering the price, location, and staff, will more than likely make this the hotel we book whenever we're in the Denver area.
